We are currently expanding our business by setting up our firm to be a one stop center to serve you from A to Z. 
The process are as follows:-

1. Budget: You will set up your budgeting plan 

2. Concept: You will find a suitable concept, explain to our designers the concept needed and the number of members staying at your place

3. Confirmation: Our designers will confirm with you on the design 

4. Drawing and Submission: Our designers will do M&E drawing to be submitted to authority for approval

5. Approval: Authority will approve drawing in one month's time 

6. Wet Work: You will set a date for our contractor to start work. Upon confirmation of date, our contractor will first begin on the wall section (extend or break), according to the plan given

7. Wiring and Plumbing: Contractor will begin on the wiring and plumbing according to the plan given

8. Plaster: Next step is to conceal using plaster on ceiling to improve the interior design in the room

9. Grille and Gate: You will choose your preferred grill and gate design before installing

10. Cabinet: Your cabinet for each room will be installed 

11. Painting and Tiling, Wallpaper: You will choose your preferred paint and tile, or wallpaper

12. Curtain and Blind: You will choose the curtain and blind for each room before installation

13. Final Work Checking: Our designers, contractor and installers will proceed for final work checking to avoid any arising defects or mistakes

14. Furniture and Furnishing: As we provide everything under one roof, you do not need to waste time buying furniture. All products are high quality guaranteed
